Saveloys
The name "saveloy" dates back centuries and stems from the Old Italian word cervellato (which historically contained pig brains), though modern saveloys are made from a finely emulsified blend of pork, beef, or chicken mixed with spices and binders—similar in texture to a standard hot dog or frankfurter but with a much bolder, herb-seasoned profile.
