Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin (also known as pork fillet or Gentleman's Cut) is a lean, boneless, and exceptionally tender cut of meat that runs along the central spine of the pig. Because it comes from a muscle used for posture rather than movement, it contains very little connective tissue, making it incredibly tender when cooked properly.
