White Pudding

White pudding is a traditional regional sausage that is highly popular in Ireland, Scotland, and parts of Northern England, serving as a classic component of a full breakfast. It is nearly identical to black pudding in ingredients, texture, and seasoning, with one major exception: it contains absolutely no blood, resulting in a much lighter color and a milder, creamier flavor.
