Ribeye Steak
Ribeye steak is widely considered by chefs and steak lovers to be the most flavourful and juicy cut of beef available. Cut from the same section as the fore rib (the rib primal), it features the exact same muscle but is sliced into individual steaks for quick cooking.The hallmark of a great ribeye is its heavy intramuscular marbling (white flecks of fat distributed throughout the meat) and a distinct core of rich fat known as the "eye". As the steak cooks, this fat completely melts, naturally basting the meat from within to deliver unmatched juiciness and a deep, buttery beef flavour.
